A signature is not required for most deliveries. The only exception is an individual battery purchase, which requires a signature upon delivery.
If you would like to add a signature requirement to your shipment for additional security, you can select this option during checkout for an additional fee.
Tracking Information
Once tracking becomes available, you will receive an automated email with your tracking information so you can follow your shipment's progress.
Important Signature Policy
- Signature requirement fees are non-refundable.
- If the carrier is unable to obtain a signature and returns your shipment due to no one being available to receive it, the package will be treated as a return.
- Any refund will be subject to deductions for the original shipping costs and signature fee associated with your order.
Please ensure someone is available to receive your delivery if you select the signature requirement option.
