E-Bikes: Within 14 Days of Purchase

Returns are accepted for a refund if received at our warehouse within 14 days of the date of purchase. E-bikes are only eligible for return if they are 100% new and unused, and in original packaging, with all parts, components, manuals, and accessories included.

To be considered unused, the e-bike must be unassembled and have no test rides.

All Other Products: Within 30 Days of Purchase

Returns are accepted for a refund if received at our warehouse within 30 days of the date of purchase. Items are only eligible for return if they are 100% new and unused, and in original packaging, with all parts, components, manuals, and accessories included.

To be considered unused, items must be unassembled and show no signs of use.

Final Sale

Products noted as final sale on our website or communicated via our customer service team are not eligible for returns.

All warranty or spare parts are final sale. This includes but is not limited to replacement keys, batteries, electric and non-electric components, etc.

After the Return Window

We cannot accept merchandise returns after the applicable return window:

• E-Bikes: After 14 days

• All other products: After 30 days

Conditions for Returns

Refunds will not be granted for merchandise unsuitable for resale. Merchandise must come with its original packaging and will be subject to inspection.

Merchandise that has been assembled, used, test ridden, marked, damaged, returned with missing parts/accessories, or returned with crushed/damaged packaging may be subject to fees or may be denied.

Retrospec reserves the right to determine whether or not a product is appropriate for resale outside of the listed restrictions.

Order Discrepancy

Any product shortage must be reported within 48 hours from receipt of the order. Shortages must be documented on the Delivery Receipt.

Shipping Costs

Retrospec does not cover the cost of return shipping & handling. You are welcome to use your preferred carrier or method to return any purchase within the allowed time, or you can take advantage of our negotiated shipping rates by using a provided label.

If you choose to use a provided label, the below amounts will be reduced from your refund.
Please note: return cost is per item and not per package on multiple-item returns.

Restocking Fee

A restocking fee of 50% of the retail price will be applied to any item returned in anything less than 100% new and unused condition (determined upon inspection). This includes, but is not limited to, items that have been assembled, used, test ridden, or show signs of handling beyond basic inspection.

Return Policy Abuse

Retrospec reserves the right to refuse service to anyone suspected of abusing any Retrospec policy.
