We are not currently offering exchanges. If you ordered the incorrect item or size, you can initiate a return on our page and place a new order at your convenience for the correct item.

Can I exchange a bike purchased using Truemed, retrospec's HSA/FSA payment option?
We don't currently offer exchanges, but eligible items can be returned and reordered instead. Any new order paid with Truemed, our HSA/FSA payment option, needs to meet Truemed's own HSA/FSA eligibility requirements.
