Our ebikes are water-resistant, which means they can withstand rain and ride through wet climates successfully, however, they're not resistant enough to ride through heavy rains and puddles.
Yes! We provide detailed assembly instructions for you to put your ebike together at home. However, we highly recommend bringing your bike to a local bike shop to have a professional bike mechanic check out your ebike before riding it. Some bike shop
Unfortunately, we are not able to offer assembly at this time. Many bike shops will offer assembly as a service, so we recommend looking into those options at your local bike shop.

No, you cannot. The pegs are to rest your feet and cruise while riding. We do not recommend standing or putting your full weight on the pegs.
No. All our bikes are designed for single riders. We do not recommend riding with multiple people on one bike.
If you are going on vacation or know that you won’t be riding your ebike for a while, we suggest that you run the battery down to about 40% before storing it at a constant, cool temperature.
Wash your ebike with warm soapy water, and dry with a soft, nonabrasive cloth. Do not use strong chemicals or abrasives. Do not use a high pressure washer. Inspect your ebike while cleaning.
