We don't currently offer exchanges, but we've got you covered another way. If your purchase qualifies under our return policy, you can return the original new, unused item and place a new order for the one you'd like instead. Truemed is our HSA and FSA payment option, and any new order paid through Truemed needs to meet Truemed's own eligibility requirements, separate from the return.
